Open the Live Events area or the event page when the event is available through EnoFlix.
Before the event
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct account.
- Confirm that the event is available to your account.
- Use a stable internet connection.
- Open the event close to its scheduled availability.
Availability can depend on the event, region and account access.
